Security service firm vs Oil Rig?
If a security firm is hired to take care an Texas oil company. If the company gets robbed during the security officers lunch break. How can a lawyer defend the security firm? What are the things that the security firm is liable and not liable for?
PS: I need help on my law class, I need ideas on how to help the security firm in a project. Any ideas can help it.
The lawyer can not, unless it can be proven that the oil company created an environment where security was compromised AND the security company had notified the oil company in a verifiable way before hand.
